Evergreen cover

Following their one-off reunion as Electrafixion, Ian McCulloch and Will Sergeant were able to bring Les Pattinson back into the fold to formally restart Echo and the Bunnymen and, for one last time, the three worked together (though sadly without the long-dead Pete de Freitas) on a solid new album, Evergreen. If it didn’t hold the same level of hypnotic, near-otherworldly power of Echo’s albums in the 1980s, Evergreen was still a popular success in the UK and beyond thanks to songs like “Nothing Lasts Forever” and “I Want To Be There (When You Come).”
