It’s the Drakian identity as palpably as ever: there’s a calculated structure of self-confidence posing as self-doubt (and vice versa), a condescending sweetness toward women, and the occasionally goofy by-products of these figures. We are not meant to laugh when he enunciates “OMG” on “10 Bands,” nor are we to grin stupidly when he says he’s got a “room full of strippers / but they’re virgins to [him],” but we do, because this is Aubrey at his surest.
