Pay It All Back Vol. 1

Released

Originally released in 1985, this is the first installment in what would become a long-running and celebrated series of releases drawing on outtakes, non-album tracks, and alternate versions of songs from the vaults of the mighty On-U Sound label. Here you’ll find Prince Far I’s grimly humorous “Bedward the Flying Preacher,” Mark Stewart’s hair-raising take on the Anglican hymn “Jerusalem,” and Voice of Authority’s very brief but robotically compelling “Fuh Fuh,” among other left-field gems.
