We Got The Rhythm

The second album from People’s Choice dropped in 1976 and it’s an all-out Philadelphia disco-funk extravaganza, with seven variously tempo-ed dance floor-targeted tracks one after the other with no let-up. Towards the end of the album things become a little more jazz flavoured, but this is pretty much all disco or classy orchestrated funk — either slow and simmering or high-speed and hot, and all top quality.
