Listening to You Guys Kill Me, you constantly feel watched, uncertain, on guard, as though there’s an apparition in the room with you, just out of earshot – it’s potent stuff. If the ‘other Bristol’ – trip-hop – was writing the urban blues, You Guys Kill Me took electronic music to somewhere even more elemental.
